Refund or Exchange Policy

Please review the following terms and conditions, which govern your use of our website and the purchase of any goods through our online store:

1. All items are custom-made. We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizes ordered by customers. Please consult our size guide before placing an order. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us for assistance.

2. International shipping to courier if delayed, the authorities will not be responsible for it and you will not be able to get a refund for the product because this product is going to you.

3. We can't accept the return of any item that has been worn, washed, or dry cleaned for any reason.

4. Any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer. We provide free shipping.

5. As all items are made to order, the customer is responsible for return postage costs if an item needs to be returned due to customer error.

6. Any faulty items must be reported to Modfashiontailor.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide an exchange for defective items.

7. The return address is provided on the invoice included in our packaging.

8. If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify sales@modfashiontailor.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

9. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Once we receive the return tracking information, we will process your exchange.

Shipping Policy

We strive to ship all orders within 12-15(without holiday) business days (all our garments are made to order, not pre-made; typically, it takes us 6-8 business days to create a suit). This timeframe may vary based on fabric availability, and some items might take a bit longer to ship. Most of our fabric is kept in stock. However, if you request an item that isn't available, we will backorder it for you whenever possible and ship it as soon as it returns to stock. If any issues arise with your order or if we lack adequate stock to fulfill it, we will reach out to you promptly. Please allow a maximum of 9 days for order dispatch.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays (i.e., Bank Holidays).

Free Shipping Information

Now we offer free home delivery to Europe (including the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, etc.), the USA, and Canada. For these regions, we aim to dispatch orders on the next working day whenever possible. However, due to high demand, there may be occasional delays while we wait for stock. In such cases, we will notify you via email or text.

We use DHL or FedEx  for Express delivery, both of which provide fast service. Typically, delivery takes 5-7 business days if there are no customs delays. We are currently running a free shipping offer so we are not offering DHL and FedEx shipping services.

All items are made to order. After placing your order, please allow 6-8 working days for production before shipping. We dispatch items daily, from Sunday to Thursday. You can expect to receive your order within 7-9 business days.

Note: Now our free shipping offer is open so all our free shipping products ship with Aramex/FedEx it takes 7-9 days so please consider us.

November and December are festive months with high demand during Christmas, so there may be slight delays in processing orders and shipping. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this busy season.

Delivery Time

We strive to send items the next working day, but please allow up to 17 business days for delivery. Occasionally, customs delays may occur. Products ship from bd.

Duties and Taxes

Any customs duties or taxes incurred for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be reclaimed from modfashiontailor.com. These fees are beyond our control.

Cancelling an Order

We aim to process orders quickly. To cancel your order, please email us at sales@modfashiontailor.com. However, if the order has already been picked up by the delivery company, we may not be able to cancel it, and you will be responsible for any postage and packaging costs.

Can I Visit Your Shop?

We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical retail store. However, customers are welcome to visit our warehouse and HQ in Corpus Christi, Texas. Please contact us in advance by phone or email to arrange a visit, as we may not always be available.

How Quickly Will I Receive My Order?

We prioritize customer satisfaction. Shipping times generally depend on DHL (4-6 Business Days) and FedEx (5-7 Business Days). For expedited delivery, please use the comment option during checkout to specify your needs.
