Refund or Exchange Policy

Please review the following terms and conditions, which govern your use of our website and the purchase of any goods through our online store:

1. All items are custom-made. We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizes ordered by customers. Please consult our size guide before placing an order. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us for assistance.

2. International shipping to courier if delayed, the authorities will not be responsible for it and you will not be able to get a refund for the product because this product is going to you.

3. We can't accept the return of any item that has been worn, washed, or dry cleaned for any reason.

4. Any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer. We provide free shipping.

5. As all items are made to order, the customer is responsible for return postage costs if an item needs to be returned due to customer error.

6. Any faulty items must be reported to Modfashiontailor.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, and the product must be returned to our address within 28 days. We will provide an exchange for defective items or a full refund.

7. We take pictures of each customer's measurements as proof before sending their products. If a customer disputes their measurements, we send them our pictures as proof. No product returns or refunds are accepted if there is no mistake on our part.

8. The return address is provided on the invoice included in our packaging.

9. If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify sales@modfashiontailor.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

10. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

11. Once we receive the return tracking information, we will process your exchange.

12. Refund processing time is 10 days.
