**DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?**

No, signing up for an account is not necessary to place an order; you can check out as a guest. However, we highly recommend creating an account, as this makes future orders easier by saving your information for quicker checkouts.

**HOW CAN I UPDATE MY ADDRESS IN MY ACCOUNT?**

After creating an account, you can update or add addresses anytime. Click "Log in" in the upper right corner of the website to access your account. Once logged in, your Account Details will appear on the right side, where you can click Add Address for new addresses, or View Addresses to edit existing ones. To modify or remove an address, click the "Edit" or "Delete" option beneath each one.

Utilize the search box located in the upper right corner of the website to enter a keyword, product code, or a brief description of what you're searching for. You can also explore the clothing categories located at the top of the website.

**WHERE CAN I GET MORE DETAILS ABOUT A MODFASHIONTAILOR. PRODUCT?**

If you find an item of interest, click on the image or title to access the product page. Key product information, such as name, item number, price, available sizes, colors, and descriptions will be displayed there.

**IS THERE A SIZE AND FIT GUIDE AVAILABLE?**

To view available size charts, click on the Size Guide link located in our Help footer menu.

**HOW DO I SUBMIT AN ORDER?**

To order an item, click on the product page of the desired item. Select your preferred size and color, then click Add To Cart. Access your cart anytime by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner, and follow the prompts to complete your purchase during checkout.

**WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?**

We accept Bank Payment and we will accept credit and debit cards such as American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Paypal, and Visa. soon

**WHICH CURRENCIES ARE ACCEPTED?**

All items are priced in GBP. You can switch currencies from the upper left side of the home page. We welcome international orders.

**DELIVERY**

**CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?**

Once confirmed, changes to an order cannot be made before dispatch.

**WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE?**

We primarily utilize shipping services like FEDEX Express, FEDEX Global Mail, and EMS Air Registered Mail, though the specific service may vary depending on the order.

**HAS MY ORDER LEFT THE FACILITY?**

You will receive confirmation via email once your order has shipped, including shipment details. Some items in your order may arrive separately.

**CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?**

If you have an account, log in to check your order status. You will also receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

**DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?**

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO boxes.

**ARE APO ADDRESSES ELIGIBLE FOR DELIVERY?**

Regrettably, we are unable to send items to APO addresses.

**MY ORDER IS INCORRECT!**

**HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?**

To return an order from MODFASHIONTAILOR. (U.S. only), please follow these steps:

Complete the return form included in your package. If necessary, you can access and print a new form from our Return page.

Pack your items along with the return form securely in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging.

**CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?**

We accept exchanges but do not offer refunds. Customers will need to cover shipping costs for exchanges due to size discrepancies.

**I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM!**

At MODFASHIONTAILOR, we take pride in our quality. If you believe an item is faulty, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will strive to rectify the situation. For returning a faulty item, fill out the return form noting the issue and send it back within 30 days for an exchange.

**THE ITEM I GOT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!**

We apologize for this issue. Please complete the return form stating the problem and return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

**HAS MY RETURN BEEN PROCESSED?**

You will receive an email confirmation when our customer service team processes your return. If you do not get this email within 30 days after sending the package, please reach out to us. Make sure to keep a record of your return shipment's tracking number; it won't be linked to your account, and we don't keep those on file.

**WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?**

Once we have your return, we aim to process your refund within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed, after which please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times differ depending on your bank or card issuer.
